Step 2: A FREE home visit
I will visit your home at your convenience to discuss your project in detail and take accurate measurements. If it's a garage conversion project I will talk you through the whole process involved including insulation, wall & floor finish, electrical installation, plumbing & gas installation, ventilation, window & door installation, any structural work and building control. Whilst at your property we will also look at matching bricks / discuss cladding designs and window designs to match with the rest of the property and any other specifications you require. For any other services I will discuss the project in great detail with yourself before going away and working out an accurate quotation. I will also present you with my portfolio folder whilst at your property.
Step 3: Quotation
I will send you a detailed quotation based on the specifications of your project making it completely bespoke to you. All of our quotations are tailor made meaning the cost of each individual project can vary based on your requirements. All of our quotations are a fixed price with no extras or hidden fees.
Step 4: Let's go
We'll get your dream space underway & completed within a matter of weeks.
For big projects I prepare delivery of materials 1 week before the project commences to minimise any delays and work on one project at a time until the project is completed. We are a full service provider and carry out all of the works ourselves. If the project requires us to then we use the same trusted sub contractors on every project for the gas and electric work.
On completion all building, gas and electric work will be signed off and certificates will be provided to you ensuring all of our work has been completed to the highest standard of building regulations. GCM Property Services project manage the entire process from start-to-finish so you don't have to worry about a thing.
